Martin has specialised in Accountancy and Finance Recruitment since 2001. In 2010 he branched out on his own, leveraging his experience and success at a leading global recruitment business to found Edward Mann. Fostering year on year growth, Martin’s reputation has earnt him partnerships with some of the world’s leading organisations. At the helm of Edward Mann’s consulting team, he has continued to drive the business forward, sourcing talent and building a team that has become a market-leading Recruitment solution for Accounting professionals.
Martin’s entrepreneurial drive has also led him to pursue other interests and is currently involved in several projects.
His ideal candidate would have a degree from a well-ranked university like the London School of Economics, have diverse interests outside of work, music for example, and take pride in their appearance. Unfortunately for Martin, Mick Jagger chose not to continue his accountancy qualification at LSE and chose fame and fortune instead. However, accounting may have been Jagger’s muse for ‘Paint it Black’ and is, coincidentally, Martin’s favourite song.
